Sleaford sits in the heart of the Fens, surrounded by historic attractions and flat countryside ideal for touring. Abbotts Farm is a detached farmhouse on a non-working farm in the locality, with eight bedrooms and five bathrooms spread across two storeys. The property accommodates up to 18 guests and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
Ground floor rooms include two living areas (one with an open fire, the other with a multi-fuel burner), a dining room with fireplace, and a kitchen equipped for cooking from scratch. There's a library, games room with pool table and table tennis, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and one bedroom with shower room. Upstairs, seven further bedrooms range from doubles to singles, with televisions in each; bathrooms include both bath and shower options. One bedroom has an en-suite. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered. The large garden has a private heated swimming pool (open April to September), hot tub, patio with seating, fruit trees and a three-burner barbecue. Parking is available for six cars. The property is non-smoking throughout. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.

Just had a great weekend at Abbotts farm celebrating a birthday - the house feels very homely for the size of it .. there was more than enough room for all 18 of us made up of 4 generations !! The kitchen Pantry is the best we’ve stayed in they have literally thought of everything you could need… beds were all comfy and being decorated for Christmas was a lovely touch .. will definitely stay there again !! We have just returned from a great weekend stay at Abbott's farm. The house is huge and comfortable housed 16 of us. The farmhouse vibes are really welcoming and each room has it's own little quirks. The house was clean and tidy on arrival as was the pool and jacuzzi. The space in the garden is amazing and the pool is well maintained and clean. We spent most of the time in the garden as the weather was amazing but you could easily spend many hours in the house with the huge seating areas. The games room was amazing and we spent many hours playing pool and table tennis. Overall I would recommend a stay at Abbott's farm and we will be back in the future.

Really nice place to be, loads of character and the feeling of seclusion without isolation. Loads of room for everyone and the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen......and by some distance! The owner Andy is a really nice guy and makes you feel like you are looked after. It's a house we all adore, full of history and we all felt completely relaxed and will hopefully book again (many of our party didn't make it so we couldn't make the most of it sadly). The hot tub is superb and the garden in the summer would be superb. Really pleased we came, it really made us feel refreshed 👍

Just returned from a weekend away with the girls. This is a fabulous “quirky” house! Big and rambling. Not everyone’s cup of tea but suited us down to the ground. Everything we needed was there in spades. The owner went out of his way to make sure that the swimming pool was ready for us as we do cold water dipping. ( this was March) It was then shear luxury to go straight into the jacuzzi! The rooms, including the bedrooms are all really big, no complaints about the beds and the main lounge had really comfy sofas. A very decent price and the owner was great with all communications. Not a huge amount to do in the area, but that didn’t matter to us. Great dining pub just 0.7 miles down the road where we had a really lovely meal with fantastic service. Would definitely recommend.
