The Pavilion

The Pavilion is a single-bedroom ground-floor cottage in North Kesteven with direct access to a large enclosed garden. Everything happens on one level: a combined living and dining space opens on to the garden through French doors, the kitchen includes a wine cooler alongside standard appliances, and a bedroom with a zip-and-link super king bed (or two singles on request) sits next to a shower room with heated towel rail. There is parking for two cars on site and a bike store for exploring the local area. One small dog stays free, and smoking is not permitted.

Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are covered, along with wi-fi and a welcome pack. A veranda with garden furniture overlooks the garden, which has a BBQ. The cottage suits couples, solo travellers, walkers and cyclists: Lincolnshire and Norfolk beaches are within an hour's drive, Lincoln cathedral city and the Georgian town of Stamford are nearby, and the National Trust's Belton House and deer park lies close by. Sleaford is 9 miles away for shops and amenities; Billingborough village with a pub and shop is 2 miles distant. Local cycle routes and walking trails start from the property.
