Bramley sits in open countryside near Grantham, within reach of both the A1 and the main railway line to London. The village location offers a quiet base for exploring this part of Lincolnshire, with Belton House and Burghley nearby, golf courses scattered across the region, and RAF Cranwell less than 20 minutes' drive away. A handful of pubs and restaurants are within easy reach.
The whole cottage is yours for the stay. Everything is on the ground floor: a combined living and dining space with French doors opening to the garden, a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals, and two bedrooms—one with a king bed and ensuite shower, the other with two single beds. The main bathroom has a bath. Underfloor heating keeps things warm, and Wi-Fi is included. Bed linen, towels and electricity are covered.
Outside, there is private parking for two cars, a large garden shared with the owner, a patio with seating and a barbecue, and a bike store. One pet is welcome. The property is non-smoking.
