Honeysuckle Cottage is a converted barn on a working farm near Grantham, sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The ground-floor layout centres on an open-plan living and dining space that opens to a large terrace, with an enclosed garden and barbecue area beyond. One bedroom has a king-size bed, one a double, and one contains two singles; all three rooms have heated towel rails and shower or bath facilities.
The kitchen is fully fitted with electric cooking, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave, so self-catering is straightforward. Oil central heating keeps things warm, and Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are all included. The property has private parking for three cars and a bike store. One dog is welcome to stay free of charge, though there is a pond in the grounds some distance from the cottage. No smoking is permitted inside.
The farm sits close to walking and cycling routes, with Rutland Water nearby for water sports and leisure cycling. Stamford, Lincoln and Newark are within reach for castles, museums and restaurants. Golf courses are scattered across the area, including Woodhall Spa's national centre. Shops and pubs are about three miles away. The setting suits families, groups of friends, or anyone wanting a base to explore the East Midlands countryside.
