Oak Tree Cottage

South Kesteven's countryside opens up around Oak Tree Cottage, a two-bedroom property within the grounds of Stoke Rochford Hall Estate. The cottage sleeps four across a double bedroom, a twin room, and a flexible sleeping space on the landing. One well-behaved dog stays free of charge.

Downstairs centres on a kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and all the basics for cooking, flowing into a dining room and a separate living room with a wood burner. Upstairs holds the bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi—come as standard. Outside, a private garden with seating looks onto the wider estate grounds, which guests are free to explore. Parking for two cars is on site, and smoking is not permitted indoors.

The location works for access to Stamford, Rutland and the surrounding region, with the A1 close by. The property suits families or small groups wanting a base for countryside breaks, whether to settle in or venture out.
