South Lanarkshire farmland has a particular quiet to it—the kind of place where mornings stretch and the horizon dominates. Drovers Lodge sits within that landscape, a three-bedroom property on working farm grounds with parking for two cars and room for a dog. It sleeps five across a master bedroom with ensuite, a double, and a single, with a separate family shower room to service the other two.
The whole property is yours alone. Ground-floor living means an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with a woodburner, and patio doors onto decking that looks out over the fields. You'll find an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and everything needed to cook and eat properly. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, electricity and initial fuel for the stove are included. There's a firepit and garden furniture outside, and the welcome pack extends to doggy extras if you're bringing a pet.
This works for families with young children—a travel cot and highchair are here—or for a small group wanting actual rural quietness rather than the picturesque version of it. No smoking indoors.

I had such a wonderful stay here. Everything exceeded my expectations! The owner went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and at home. The room was clean and comfy. I could tell the owner put alot of thought and attention into renting out her rooms at the lodge. I will definitely come back here again when i get the chance! Thank you Angela for being so sweet and kind!

My husband and I stayed at Drovers Lodge B&B for 4 nights this past week. I can’t put into words to fully convey how much we enjoyed our stay. Angela went out of her way to welcome us and provided a beautiful, well appointed home and bedroom with an exceptional view for us to use as our base while we explored all of Loch Ness and Inverness. We arrived late into the evening after many travel delays and awoke to an incredible and breathtaking view. Her breakfasts were so delicious. We loved our stay and will highly recommend Drovers Lodge to anyone who asks! Thank you Angela!! xx

Me and my gf were doing North Coast 500 and stayed here on our first night. Lodge is located on the beautiful spot, with amazing view on the Loch Ness. Place is very clean, spotless. Stylish. It has lovely deck where you can relax. Host Angela was great, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was superb. The road leading to the lodge is quite steep so need a good car to get there though. We have really enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back again!

Our stay at Drovers Lodge was nothing short of amazing. The room and entire home were perfectly clean with thoughtful touches throughout. We were impressed with the breakfast service especially considering the current situation. Angela and James even very kindly set us up for breakfast on the deck which was a delightful way to start the morning. This is exactly the type of place you want to spend an evening (although we wish we had more!) Angela and James are lovely and it was such a pleasure staying with them.
