Mill Hill and Barjols Holidays - Barjols Cottage

Barjols Cottage is a traditional stone building in Lamington, a small village south of Biggar with direct motorway access via the M74. The entire property sits on one level, with a living and dining room centred around a wood burner, a well-equipped kitchen opening onto a rear garden, and two bedrooms served by a shower room. There are two steps up to the entrance.

The main bedroom has a king bed and television; the second has zip-and-link single beds that can be pushed together. The kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with logs for the burner. An enclosed patio area with garden furniture and a barbecue extends the living space, though five steps lead down from the cottage itself.

One dog can stay free, though it must be kept on a lead in this sheep-farming area. The property has private parking for two cars and a bike store. The nearest pub is six miles away; shops and restaurants are about six and a half miles distant. No smoking is permitted inside.
