Riverside Cottage

Riverside Cottage comes ready for a proper stay. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking—electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. There's parking for two cars on site, an enclosed garden with furniture, and one well-behaved pet can come too. No smoking indoors.

The layout spreads across two floors. Ground level holds a living and dining room with a woodburner, a separate toilet, and a double bedroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms—a kingsize and a twin—plus a bathroom with bath and shower. The cottage sleeps six in total. From the front you look out across marshland toward the River Chet, which runs about 10 yards away. Hippersons Boatyard sits next door, where day boat hire and vintage wooden cruisers are available.

Beccles town centre lies within walking distance, offering shops, cafés and restaurants. Norwich is 11 miles away; Great Yarmouth's beach and seaside attractions are 16 miles. The property suits families and groups wanting a base for exploring the Norfolk waterways, countryside walks and cycling routes, or simply somewhere to unwind by the water.
