Wisteria Lodge contains a bedroom with a kingsize bed, a shower room, and an open-plan living space that brings together kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Underfloor heating and an air source heat pump keep things warm. The essentials—electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are included, along with a welcome pack on arrival.

The private enclosed garden has a patio, courtyard and sitting-out area, where the hot tub awaits. Behind the property, a games room holds a pool table and table tennis; you'll also find a washing machine and tumble dryer there. Two cars can park on the property. The village of Roydon lies a mile from Diss, a market town with shops and restaurants. Norfolk and Suffolk's attractions—the Broads, Heritage Coast towns like Southwold and Aldeburgh, Great Yarmouth—are all within driving distance. Smoking is not permitted.
