Families and larger groups will find The White One in the Middle works well as a self-contained base. The single-storey layout – everything on the ground floor – means no stairs to navigate with children or luggage. Three bedrooms sleep six: a double, a kingsize, and two singles. Two bathrooms serve the property, one combining bath and shower, the other a separate shower cubicle. The kitchen is fully fitted for cooking, and the living space is open-plan with a smart TV for downtime. One dog is welcome here at no extra cost.

Creature comforts are covered: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. Outside, you have parking for two cars on site and an enclosed garden with patio furniture. The hot tub seats six – the main draw for most visitors – and is yours alone to use. The village pub is within walking distance if you fancy dinner out. Loddon, a proper market town with shops and restaurants, is six minutes' drive away. The Norfolk Broads lie within reach for water-based activities, and Great Yarmouth's beaches are eighteen miles off. No smoking inside the property, please.
