What guests say
The room was clean and tidy but it was hot. There is no air conditioning but fans were provided. Breakfast was good which is payable separately. The facilities were good. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. The dinner was not served hot on both evenings so that was a little disappointing. Other than that it was an Ok stay.

Exactly what you expect from a Premier inn. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Plenty of parking. As well as the Premier in restaurant there was a hungry horse and Costa just over the road and a cute local cafe next door. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and accommodating. The rooms were cool and had a very good fan in them. The room had extra pillows if needed.

I spent 3 Nights, 4 Days at the Premier Inn Norwich East Hotel while attending my churches family Catalyst Festival at Norfolk Showground. The room was so spacious. Did have an issue with the shower not producing all the water from the holes. Mentioned to Staff who said they'd look at it on the day. Never did. Rooms dont air con. Rooms were like 27.5 degrees in them. Did have a fan but didn't see it till my last evening. Bed was comfortable. Great to have a proper All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast and having their own restaurant attached. Great morning and evening staff, even got to have a jug of iced water for my room. Completely free. Used the Ultamate WIFI experience. Tried it with gaming/using my laptop not the best. Better coverage with my phones 5G.

The hotel itself feels quite dated I was in first floor—you can easily hear other guests walking around, and it’s definitely in need of an upgrade. The location also isn’t ideal. There’s only a Costa Coffee, a pub, and a café within walking distance, so you’ll need to take a bus to get into town. With that said, what really stood out was the professional service from the staff. The reception team were friendly, warm, and welcoming from the start. The restaurant staff were equally impressive—their hospitality and attentiveness were excellent. One staff member in particular went above and beyond: after noticing I couldn’t eat wheat at dinner, she took the time at breakfast to carefully go through what I could eat. That level of care made a real difference and was greatly appreciated. Overall, while the hotel itself could use improvement, the outstanding staff made my stay a pleasant one.
