Waterloo Place - The Pool House

The Pool House is a single-storey property on the Waterloo Place estate, near Norwich. Everything you need is included: electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels. What sets it apart is access to your own private heated swimming pool (8m x 4m), sauna and steam room, available by booking two-hourly slots. The setup means you have a direct entrance from the cottage into the pool area.

Inside, the cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms—one double bed (4ft 6in) and two singles (3ft)—with a shower room and separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine. A living room with Freeview Smart TV sits at the heart of the layout. Outside is your own seating and barbecue area, set within grounds that extend to four acres of lawn backed by mature trees (shared with other properties on site). The cottage suits families or couples wanting all-season swimming without leaving home, and those preferring single-level living. Nearby towns including Diss, Attleborough and Wymondham have shops, restaurants and pubs. The Banham Zoo is six miles away, and Thetford Forest Park offers walking and cycling trails. No smoking is permitted inside.
