Cineworld London - South Ruislip

Large cinema,lots of parking,loads of screens,clean toilets,lots of kiosks. 1 staff member at kiosk had a bit of a lack lustre approach to guests waiting to be served. Too busy having his own snacks rather than serving customers. Disappointing. Other female staff members were attentive polite and helpful.Parking good. I would come here again.

Cineworld South Ruislip has been my go-to cinema for years - I’ve probably watched over 50 movies here at this point. Overall, it’s a place I enjoy coming back to, mainly because its near to my home. The ambiance is great, and the overall environment feels modern and well-maintained. Parking is also a big plus - it’s spacious and hassle-free, which makes a huge difference compared to many other cinemas in London. The bathrooms are consistently clean, which is something I’ve noticed and appreciated over time. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Service at the food counter can be a bit slow, especially during busy times, so that’s something they could definitely work on. The bigger issue for me, though, is the movie selection. Over the years, I’ve noticed fewer films being showcased here. There have been multiple occasions where other Cineworld locations are screening movies that aren’t available at South Ruislip, which can be disappointing. It would be great to see a wider and more consistent selection going forward. All in all, it’s still a solid cinema with great facilities and convenience, but improving the film lineup and service speed would make the experience even better.

Love this Cineworld. My favourite one as easy to get to, free parking (asda car park or even across the road by aldi) and easy food to eat at the cinema, or you can swing around to McDonalds or if you like me, go Nandos before the film. Love the place and keep coming back. Staff are always willing to help.

The cinema is clean, with comfortable seating and excellent picture and sound quality. However, during the interval there weren't enough staff to handle food and drink orders. We had to wait a long time, and by the time we got back into the screen, the movie had already restarted, so we missed part of it. Hopefully they can have more staff available during busy intervals. Overall, it was still a good experience.
