Only complaints are the different televisions in each room, and also the cracked / broken / damaged bathroom floor tiles. Otherwise, a banging place to holiday.

An absolute dump. Felt more like a HMO than a hotel. Outside looks old, tired and unkept, but we thought, it's the inside that counts. The inside definitely did count, for all the wrong reasons. Terrible smells, old dirty carpets, very damp bathroom covered in mold and a terrible smell, Dirty leather chairs with duct tape all over the place to cover some big holes in them. Very dusty, dirty windows.....I could go on but, in short, one of the worst places I've been to. We spent no more than 10 minutes there, booked a Premier Inn, and left. Never had to do that before, and we honestly don't expect much when staying away. Just want somewhere clean and comfortable. There wasn't a chance in hell we would sleep at this place!

A very nice room with a table and chairs to enjoy the view looking out to kings gardens, Comfortable beds and bedding , had a great nights sleep. Small kitchen area with everything needed for self catering. Staff were lovely. And a smashing breakfast in a nice dining room. We will certainly return!
