Fantastic five days away with my partner! 🥰 Ian is very welcoming, advisable and cooks breakfast every morning upon request. Also caters for Coeliacs, along with gluten free bread/cereal. The gluten free bread is placed in it's own toaster, so no cross contamination! 🎉 The bungalow and garden is beautiful, quiet and peaceful with personal touches. Myself and partner have high appreciation for nature. 🌼🪴🌸 Luna the cavalier is adorable! 1yr old pup.🐶 We chose the rose room🌹, excellent large room with fresh towels and towel robes which are softest. Furniture well equipped, tea/coffee available in room with a little chocolate in drawer. Guides available in the room and Eden's rest information with restaurants nearby. Bathroom is down the hallway with two showers and a bath, lovely layout. Shower gel, shampoo and body lotion provided. ❤️ Guest living room available for anyone to chill out and watch Sky TV with cornwall magazines provided on coffee table. Overall, very clean environment in every rooms. 🫧 Thank you so much for a great experience, will be looking to stay next time. 😊

We stayed 6 nights in the Orchid Room which has a California King bed and an en-suite. It was very clean and comfortable. Ian was an excellent host and cooked a full English breakfast to order each day. We will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I spent two nights here. The B&B is immaculately clean. There is a splendid garden with benches, sofas, and chairs dotted around so you can choose to sit in the sun or shade - we were then on two hot days in June, 2023. There is also a living room area for guest use. Ian is the perfect host: nothing is too much trouble. He made us a pot of tea and served biscuits when we arrived and chatted to us and answered any questions. The Orchid Room has a huge bed. Teas, coffees, etc. we're provided as well as toiletries. Breakfast - delicious and copious - is in the conservatory. There is free off-road parking.
