About Rescorla Farmhouse
Rescorla Farmhouse sits amid the rolling fields and lanes of Rescorla, a small pocket of countryside just outside St Austell, Cornwall. It's the kind of setting that suits a slower pace, with a garden and outdoor seating area for taking in the surrounding views before heading out to explore.
Rooms are en-suite and come with free WiFi and drinks provided, and breakfast is included to set guests up for the day. Reception operates around the clock, so arrival times are flexible, and free on-site parking makes driving in from further afield straightforward.
The location works well for walkers and cyclists, with routes nearby, while golf, fishing and horse riding can all be arranged in the area. Pubs, restaurants and other eateries are within easy reach for evening meals, and the Eden Project and other local attractions are close enough for a day trip from the farmhouse.
What guests say
A very warm welcome from. Linda despite the time of arrival finding the the small quiet village away from the hassle and bustle of daily life. The Full English breakfast was great being a chef was lovely for someone else cooking it. As Neil mentioned Linda is the tourist information to ask about local attractions and Neil's tale of the seal and fishing made us laugh. Would recommend to anyone if looking for peace and quiet in a lovely location maybe not a sea view but views of the inland landscape were just as stunning to wake up to. With Covid rules Linda and Neil have everything covered and nothing was too much trouble. Well Done to you both and will stay again. Nigel & Helen.
