What visitors say
I loved my stay here, Pedn Vounder cliffs are a 5 minute walk away, a good pub and cafe 5 minutes in the other direction, as well as croissants/Cornish pasties/ hot drinks sold on site and visiting food trucks every other night. There are plenty of public footpaths mapped out on the OS map app that took me all over from the site, costal paths and Treen village. I could easily make it an annual visit to this site going forward. As they don’t take online/over the phone bookings, checking in is on a first come first served basis. Check in time is 10.30am, I arrived at 08.30am and was already the 4th person on the list waiting to check in, this is before high season so I dread to think what demand is like during the summer holidays. I stayed 7 nights and all but 1 of those nights the site was full. The field I was pitched on was quiet, had stunning sea views which stretched from the Lizard right to Lands end. There was 7/8 pitches on the field, they could easily have got 3/4 more in but the emphasis is on having space (3 meters between each tent) and ensuring everyone had a sea view. There was no antisocial behaviour and it was quiet every night, I slept through every night with no disturbance. The showers are token operated and last 5 minutes a token (tokens from site shop). The washing machine is £5 a wash, it’s capable of taking a large load. On site drying machine which I didn’t use as there are airers provided. There’s also a sauna and ice baths but I didn’t use these, I believe they have to be booked and not for general site use. There’s a fire pit in a field below the site away from camping areas. I’m already thinking about my next visit!

Loved this site! We travelled around the Cornish coast from Bude to St Austell, and this was easily one of our favourite stays. We were greeted by friendly staff who guided us to our pitch, which was very spacious and came with a picnic bench and lovely sea views. A short walk out of the site takes you through a picture-perfect village with a great café (we had a Cornish cream tea and it was lush!). Just a bit further down, there’s a beautiful pub with a lovely beer garden. Walking in the other direction takes you alongside the fields down to the coastal path, leading to some of the most stunning beaches we’ve ever seen. Our favourite was Pedn Vounder, though be aware there’s no official path down to it—it's quite an adventure to reach! Porthcurno Beach was also gorgeous, with easy access up to the Minack Theatre. Facilities-wise, all water on site is drinking water, washing-up liquid and sponges are provided, and the showers were great (tokens are needed, which you can buy at reception alongside a well-stocked small shop). Oh, and the sunsets were just stunning! We’ll definitely be staying here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Treen Farm Campsite and honestly can’t recommend it highly enough—it’s a solid 10/10 from us! The location is simply unbeatable, with what is possibly the greatest beach in the UK, Pedn Vounder, just a 15-minute walk away. You truly need to see it with your own eyes to appreciate the beauty of the place—it’s breathtaking and made our stay incredibly special. The campsite itself is peaceful, well-kept, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. There’s also a handy shop on site stocked with all the essentials you might need for your stay, which was a great touch. A big thank you to Phoebe and the whole team for being such amazing hosts. They are extremely respectful, accommodating, and genuinely care about everyone having a great experience. Quiet time is from 10pm, which is completely fair, and it’s a good reminder to be mindful of fellow campers. We stayed during the England vs Argentina World Cup match and, admittedly, got a bit loud around 7pm—but we were kindly advised to be respectful, which was totally understandable and handled really well. It’s that level of care and consideration that makes this place stand out. Many thanks again to Treen Farm Campsite for making our stay more than pleasurable—we’ll definitely be back!

Stayed 1 night, arrived on my motorbike. Lovely place with awsome view, staff were lovely and helpful. They have a shop at the reception, where you can buy mostly everything you need, plus they do fresh pastry each morning. Each tent spot has its own table+chair! Cant ask for anything more! Thanks
