Ginger and Spice Festival 2023

An excellent cultural/heritage event which provides a sense of community, fun, live music and entertainment. It is a great vehicle for local artisan producers and businesses. There is a fascinating history trail around the town offering locals and visitors in depth knowledge of the towns history. I have volunteered every year since it started and love having the opportunity to give something back to the local community. Julia Roberts festival director is an inspiration! Highly recommended.

The Ginger and Spice festival is a fantastic celebration of Market Drayton's past and present heritage, local businesses and an opportunity to enjoy good food and drinks. A good reason to visit a historic town and have a lovely day out! Thoroughly enjoyed it!

The Ginger & Spice Festival is the highlight of the local calendar! The event brings numerous local businesses together to highlight the history and culture of Market Drayton and the surrounding area. The events and produce on offer are fantastic and the Festival is superbly organised by Julia!

The Ginger and Spice Festival has been a brilliant event in Market Drayton for the past few years and it was fabulous to see it return in 2021. The variety of foodie activities on offer is always of a very high standard, with tastings, food and drink based walking trails and an artisan street market selling amazing produce. I'm looking forward to seeing what G&S does in 2022!
