What visitors say
Great range of activities. Felt slightly over-full despite bookings presumably being limited to a capacity. Although even so we didn’t have to wait for any climbs. Safety briefing was exceptionally brief compared to other similar centres, but it’s so safe it doesn’t matter. Good family hour activity.

We used Stoke Clip n Climb over a rainy February half term. Our trip was fantastic and we can’t wait to return. The staff were absolutely brilliant! Upon arrival, the parking was full and one of the staff promptly came out to our car to direct us to a nearby free space. The staff were prompt in starting the session and kept the safety talk brief but clear. Every single staff member was super attentive checking that all kids were quickly clipped and unclipped, without needing to wait. They were so friendly and kind throughout the session. What a brilliant team. Thanks for a great day!

Had a fabulous time this morning with the kids. I have a 6 year old who's happy to climb and explore a bit more independently and a 2 year old who I was reluctant to take. The staff were amazing with both kids and really made it a fun experience. I would recommend and definitely be back in the future xx

My 5 year old daughter loves C&C but today got upset to leave as she hadn’t managed to get to the top. The manager calmed her down by taking her back on after the session and even climbed the wall next to her to talk her through getting the top. Made her day! What a class act of kindness. Thank you!
