The Old Rectory

A Georgian rectory in the heart of Leek, The Old Rectory is a substantial period property refurbished to modern standards. Eight bedrooms across three floors provide accommodation for up to 16 guests, with seven bathrooms and several rooms configured as zip-and-link beds that split into singles on request. Every bedroom has its own ensuite, and the master suite includes a freestanding bath and double shower. One pet is welcome.

The ground floor holds a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, wine cooler and coffee machine. Beyond it, a dining room with log burner opens into a relaxed seating area. There is also a second dining room, a sitting room with Freeview Smart TV, a games room, and a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. A private hydrotherapy spa pool seats seven. The enclosed garden has a patio, gas barbecue and furniture. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and heating are included.

Leek sits on the gateway to the Peak District, within reach of moorland walks and market-town amenities. The property does not permit smoking, and hen parties are accepted but stag parties are not.
