There are truly no words that do Findon Place justice, but let me try! My husband and I got married at Findon Place in June 2026, and we had the most incredible day imaginable. From our first enquiry, Caroline made us feel like part of the family, and looked after and supported the whole way through the process. Findon Place was the one and only venue that we visited. From the moment we stepped inside we knew that we would have to get married here. It was a “one and done”, nowhere else could have compared. The house and grounds are beyond stunning, impeccably looked after, and every single detail through through, considered and personal. Beyond the stunning setting, Caroline and her team are consummate professionals, but also the warmest and kindest people, generous hosts and were a genuine pleasure to have with us on our wedding weekend. What says it all is also the reactions from our guests and wedding suppliers. A few of our suppliers had never worked at Findon before, and all had the same comment - “this is hands down the most incredible venue in the uk”. And I truly believe there is no competition. My husband and I were the first to enquire about the new package introduced by Caroline at Findon Place, the Petite Perfection Package. It’s perfect for couples who want a small registry office wedding, with the added bonus of a beautiful venue. Caroline was so accommodating and welcomed us to view the place and we instantly fell in love. The booking process was so simple and was perfect for our budget. Everything in the lead up to the wedding was stress free, Caroline and her team took care of everything and set up all our decorations for us so that was one less thing for us to do. As a nervous bride, Caroline and Hannah really looked after my MOH and I which I was so grateful for, they really put my mind at ease and kept the bubbles topped up. I’ll definitely be looking out on their page for other events to attend throughout the year to give my husband and I the chance to go back. A beautiful venue and a great team. Caroline, the owner - is simply exceptional. From our very first meeting through to the follow-up, rehearsal, the wedding day itself, and even the day after, she was an absolute joy to work with. Warm, incredibly knowledgeable, and effortlessly organised, she made the entire process feel seamless. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always just an email away being super responsive, thoughtful, and full of genuinely helpful guidance on how to bring everything together in the best possible way for us. My now wife, Charlotte, had a VERY clear and distinctive vision for our wedding - inspired by old-school Hollywood glamour, with a 1920s elegance and those timeless, black-and-white Sinatra-style vibes. Somehow, Caroline and her team didn’t just understand it, they elevated it. They brought her vision to life in a way that felt both completely authentic and even more beautiful than we (and especially she) had ever imagined! On the day itself, everything ran flawlessly. The team at Findon Place worked so collaboratively with our suppliers, creating an atmosphere that felt calm, co-ordinated, and genuinely special. It allowed us to fully relax and soak in every moment, knowing we were in the best possible hands. And the venue itself… just stunning. Every corner feels considered, elegant, and effortlessly romantic, the kind of setting that made our wedding feel like something out of a film. We can honestly say that choosing Findon Place was one of the BEST decisions we made. I had the most incredible day at Findon Place photographing an editorial wedding shoot. Findon is a stunning country house in Sussex and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind and provided the best breakfast and lunch. The grounds are gorgeous and the bedroom where bridal prep takes place is just a photographer's dream with ethereal airy light and beautiful furnishings and decor. Would 100% recommend Findon Place as a venue to hold your dream wedding!
