I was staying in 1 of these properties yesterday and woke to the great fire of stockton 2026 (galaxy blinds) power was out all day but Vanessa went above & beyond for us all checking we were ok, had drinks etc. When updated very late last night that power was not restored ans could be few more hours Vanessa gave her guests lifts home or to elsewhere even offering to get us a room elsewhere. Vanessa gets 1000% rating from me ❤️ Property itself....wow...gorgeous, clean, rooms fully stocked with all ya could need. I will def be back x

I can't give them minus negative star unfortunately. First they said due to system issue rooms were incorrectly booked. But when I contacted booking.com they changed story. After going back and forward for more than 2 hours they could not process payment and rejected booking.I used two different cards from two different banks but no success I contacted the banks to clarify why it is not going through they said it kept rejecting my payment. Very poor service. You can't even make cash payment at property. Finaly booked with travelodge within 2 minutes by using same card. Booking.com is useless to help in this situation.
