Shipston on Stour is a working market town with independent shops, pubs and restaurants, a leisure centre with swimming pool, and regular farmers' markets and festivals. The Cotswolds villages—Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden, Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water—lie within 15 miles, and Stratford-upon-Avon is about 10 miles away. Paradise House gives you a quiet residential base from which to explore all of it.

The property sleeps eight across four bedrooms: a kingsize with ensuite shower room, two further kingsize doubles, and a children's bunk room. A second bathroom serves the rest of the house. Downstairs, the kitchen and dining area opens through bi-fold doors to the garden, with a separate living room and a games room for rainy days. You get the essentials—heating, electricity, linen and towels—plus wifi and parking for three cars. There is one step to the entrance.

The enclosed back garden has a patio, sitting-out area, garden furniture and a barbecue. A highchair and stairgate are available for younger children. No smoking throughout.
