Stable Cottage

Stratford-on-Avon sits at the edge of Warwickshire countryside, and Stable Cottage occupies a quiet corner of the village itself. Once an actual stable, this one-bedroom property has been converted into a self-contained home accessed by footpath. The single double bedroom sits upstairs; downstairs there's an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with patio doors leading to an enclosed courtyard garden with seating and a patio. A wet room with shower completes the ground floor.

The kitchen has an electric hob and microwave for cooking; bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. There is parking on the road outside. One pet stays free. The whole cottage is yours alone when you book it, and smoking is not permitted.

The village centre is a short walk away, with cafes, shops, pubs and a bus service to Stratford-upon-Avon proper. The River Avon and surrounding meadows offer walks and quieter corners; the town itself—Shakespeare's birthplace and all it brings with it—is within easy reach by car.
