Tudor Cottage is a Grade II listed property in the hamlet of Barton, built during Shakespeare's lifetime and retaining original beamed ceilings and period character throughout. The cottage sleeps five across two bedrooms—a double on the ground floor and three single beds upstairs—with one bathroom and essentials including wi-fi, heating, bed linen and towels all covered. There is car parking on site for one vehicle.
Downstairs comprises a living room with electric fire, kitchen/dining space with electric cooking, and a utility room. The first-floor bedroom with the three single beds is accessed via the main double bedroom. A shower room serves the property. The front garden has seating and furniture for outdoor use; the rear garden is larger, with its own sitting area and direct access to the riverbank where coarse fishing is available in season. A traditional pub lies within a mile, and the larger village of Bidford-on-Avon with shops and cafés is nearby. No smoking is permitted in the property. Adults and older teenagers are the intended guests; the property is not suitable for young children.
