Photo: The Hideaway

The Hideaway Barn is a converted barn near Stratford-upon-Avon Racecourse, set in rural countryside. It sleeps eight across four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with electricity. The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay, and smoking is not permitted.

Downstairs there is a ground-floor king bedroom with an accessible wet-room bathroom, plus an open-plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen and dining space that seats eight. Two further king bedrooms occupy the first floor, both with en-suite bathrooms; a fourth bedroom contains twin single beds. Large windows on the ground floor bring in natural light and views across the woodland setting. The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals, with substantial worktop space and quality appliances. A fenced garden wraps around the side and rear of the property, with a patio and garden furniture for outdoor use. Bicycle storage is available on-site, and there is parking for up to three cars.

This suits groups and families wanting a self-contained base near the Racecourse and Stratford town, with the rural setting and woodland surroundings providing a quieter alternative to staying in the centre.

The Hideaway was immaculate and a real home from home. Quite rural, but within walking distance of the town centre. Very quiet indeed. We would highly recommend staying there.
