Upton St Leonards is a quiet village on the edge of Gloucestershire's countryside, with the Kings Head pub within walking distance and Gloucester itself reachable for days out. Court Cottage sits at the heart of the village, a converted stable block now functioning as a self-contained retreat for four guests.

Everything is on the ground floor. The open-plan living space has a leather sofa, armchair and Smart TV; the kitchen is properly equipped for cooking; the dining table seats four. Bedrooms offer a double bed in the first room and two singles in the second. A shower room with heated towel rail serves both. Underfloor heating runs throughout. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There is parking for two cars on the gated property. The cottage is non-smoking.

A seating area outside overlooks the grounds and a magnolia tree. From here you can walk into the village or venture further into the Cotswolds countryside.
