What guests say
We recently had a spa day as a group of six family and friends, and it was such a wonderful experience. A special thank you to the therapist who looked after all six of us back-to-back we can't remember her name, but we really hope this review reaches her. Every single one of us agreed that it was the best massage we've ever had. Despite treating six people in a row, she never made us feel rushed and gave each of us the same level of care, attention, and professionalism. She was incredibly skilled, friendly, and made us all feel completely relaxed. She is a real credit to the spa, and we just wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you for making our spa day so memorable. we'll definitely be back!

We recently stayed for one night to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday and had such a lovely experience. We booked a package that included an evening meal, breakfast, and a bottle of wine on arrival, which was a really nice touch and great value overall. The food was really nice, and we liked that you could choose two courses—either a starter and main or a main and dessert. We arrived early to make use of the spa and were pleasantly surprised that our room was already available. When staff asked about the reason for our stay and we mentioned it was my daughter’s birthday, they very kindly upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite. It was absolutely brilliant and really made her stay extra special. The beds were also super comfy, which made for a really relaxing night. We also enjoyed a drink in the bar, and throughout our visit, the staff were super friendly and helpful—couldn’t fault them at all. The spa facilities were great, and we had such a relaxing, enjoyable day. Overall, a fantastic stay and we’ll definitely be returning!

The only issue was around the food at both breakfast and evening meal. We were part of a coach trip and as such had menu to choose from. Some of the party had dietary requirements and were able to choose from the full menu. Everyone that chose from the set menu were served late and the food was like warm. The staff were lovely and worked hard but there needed to be more of them to get the food out quickly.

A nice friendly hotel with good facilities for a work stay. The rooms could do with a revamp as they are looking a bit tired and service generally could have been better. However I had a very good night's sleep and the food was nice all in all a good stay.
