Well were do I start booked hertsmere in January paid half no problem on swimbooker rang the site and said ive booked lake exclusive just me .no problem. Then I added two anglers no problem. We turned up we had been told it was a difficult lake so that was OK it was my treat for my 62nd birthday. We had good food good laughs and then the fish came We had 6 fish between us up to 25.5 lbs ....it took some time and alot of watercraft but we got on them Venue immaculate toilets immaculate staff so welcoming and friendly. Three nights absolutely loved it wildlife was unreal ducks geese monkjac owls .luckily fantastic weather i would 100% recommend this venue we will definitely be back despite the 4 hour drive.....

Great 2 days fishing for me and my missus. She caught her first cat at 29llb 8. And I beat my PB cat at 42llb.2

Had a caravan here for a very short time and for personal reasons needed to sell it. All the staff on site were absolutely fantastic and could not do enough to help you. BUT when it comes to dealing with the owner that is a completely different set of circumstances. He basically has your money and really couldn’t care less about you,does not reply to phone calls and also three e mails sent to him. The site itself is really good but that is where it finishes.

Waveney Valley lakes is the perfect getaway The staff and running of the whole site are next to none. After all these years here it's never been better. The fishing, wildlife atmosphere here is all you could want in the countryside
