What visitors say
This place was a gem of a find. We were staying at a hotel in the area and were early for check in so needed somewhere to have lunch. Silver Tree is a delightful and quirky little bakery with a delicious selection of sweet and savoury food. Not to mention tasty coffee. We had the 3 Cheese and Chorizo wild garlic toastie which was so full of flavour. The garlic really packed a punch. So much so that I'd say it was a cheesy garlic bread with chorizo - what's not to love. My picture isn't great as I ticked in before remembering to take a picture. We also had a lemon drizzle blondie: easily the best blondie I've ever had. We shared one between the two of us and it was a perfect portion. They also service pastry which were massive and breakfast muffins (served all day) that all looked inviting and flavoursome. The lady who served us was welcoming and friendly which is all you want. The one tricky bit is the parking. It was around the main seating area and some clearly found it confusing as to which way they were supposed to navigate it. But it's worth tackling the parking to get a taste of their goods!! Highly recommend a stop for lunch or coffee and a snack if you're close by.

Great for some small bites outdoors. Easy to access via roads, pastries look and taste great, however ceramic for coffees would be a nice added touch

Saw all the hype and decided to pop in for a lunch treat and some Halloween vibes. I knew it’d be busy from the recent reviews, so I was ready to park on the road and wait in the queue — totally worth it though! The wait didn’t feel that long, the atmosphere was great, and once you get to the cabin they serve super quickly. Food was really good too! I’ll definitely be back. And honestly, don’t let the parking or the wait to put you off, it’s not that bad and makes for a fun little experience

My friend and I have always wanted to visit Silver tree bakery and we had the opportunity so we took it and boy we wasn't disappointed. When we arrived we were lucky to secure a parking spot but as it was getting busier people were finding it difficult. The que was long but we didnt mind as we saw regular delights of freshly baked goods coming from the kitchen opposite being taken into the bakery which temped us, the only problem was what to choose for lunch as the sound of everything on the board outside was mouthwatering. We finally got in there, it was small ( could fit around 5 customers in, but we didnt care, its cute) and i knew i was going to spend more money than I originally thought. The selection of cakes and freshly baked bread was a delight. I ordered the roast been sandwich, a freshly baked focaccia, a selection of cakes to take home and a pumpkin spice latte. We found a seat outside and took in the lovely surroundings, you could have been anywhere in the countryside, not by a industrial estate it was that peaceful. We had to wait a short while for as they are freshly made to order which is fantastic, when it arrived it was huge and very filling, it was divine. The cakes... wow just incredible, they tasted beautiful, the fillings were plentiful and the coffee was lovely with the whipped cream and a pumpkin on top. All in all it was a treat visiting this place and we definitely will be going back as its a real gem of a place. I just dont know why we waited so long to go.
