Ye Olde Stone House

Ye Olde Stone House is a restored Tudor property in the Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield, sleeping eight across four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor holds a living room with smart TV and woodburner, a dining room, kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine, and a shower room. Upstairs are three further bedrooms—two with double beds, one with two singles—plus a bathroom with bath and shower. The top floor contains a fourth bedroom with a super king bed and its own ensuite. Electricity, gas heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided, along with fuel for the woodburner.

The house comes with private parking for three cars, an enclosed back garden with patio and seating, and a bike store. One well-behaved pet can stay at no extra cost. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering; cooking, laundry and everyday necessities are all covered. Smoking is not permitted inside. Sutton Coldfield train station is within walking distance, and Sutton Park—one of Europe's largest urban parks—is nearby. The town has shops, cafés and pubs within easy reach.
