BrynView occupies a distinctive location at the base of Cefn Bryn, the high ridge that forms the Gower Peninsula's spine. The house itself is a modern, well-equipped property arranged over two floors, sleeping up to six people across three bedrooms: two doubles and one with twin single beds. Two bathrooms—one with a shower cubicle on the ground floor, the other upstairs with both bath and shower—serve the household. Public rooms are generously laid out: a living room and separate sitting room, both with television, and a kitchen-dining area that opens onto the rear garden through French doors.
The kitchen is fully functional for self-catering, with oven, hob, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. Essentials like bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are included, as is wi-fi. An outbuilding contains a washing machine and spare fridge. The large rear garden is lawned with a patio area, and there is private parking for four cars on site. A travel cot is available if needed.
Reynoldston is walkable to a shop and post office, and Knelston village—roughly a mile away—has a garage and general store. Rhossili beach lies about ten minutes' drive south, with Swansea roughly thirty minutes to the east. The property is non-smoking.
