Tirmynydd Farm Cottage sits on two-thirds of an acre in the Gower Peninsula, a landscape of enclosed gardens and open meadow. The detached cottage has four bedrooms spread across two floors: downstairs, a ground-floor bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower; upstairs, two double bedrooms and a further bedroom with two singles, plus an ensuite shower room. Eight guests can stay entirely to themselves in the property, with one well-behaved pet welcome at no extra cost.
The kitchen has a full range of appliances for proper cooking, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer sits outside. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wi-fi are all included. The garden wraps around three sides of the cottage, with a patio, furniture and a small barbecue; a public footpath runs down one edge leading onto the Gower Way walking network. Off-road parking accommodates eight cars, and a bike store sits on the grounds. The village of Three Crosses lies within walking distance for everyday essentials and a pub. Swansea city and several beaches are a short drive away, golf courses nearby, and the coastline is less than five miles off.
