The Flat @ The Farm sits on the first floor of a working farm, accessed via 12 steps to the entrance. Everything unfolds on a single level: two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, and an open-plan kitchen flowing into a living and dining space. The layout is straightforward and comfortable, with large windows that frame views across fields and paddocks. Staying above the stables, you'll hear the occasional sounds of farm life—horses, the yard's daily rhythms—a reminder of where you are.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine. The living area has a sofa bed as well as the two bedrooms, so the flat sleeps up to six. Essentials including electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. You can park two cars on site. One dog stays free. There is no smoking inside the property.

Godstone village, a few minutes away, has a green, pond and traditional buildings; independent cafés and country pubs are within reach. The surrounding North Downs offer walking routes that start from the doorstep, along with cycling and riding through woodland and open country. A pub lies within a mile of the property.
