11 Red Rock is a modern apartment on the first floor of a coastal building in Dawlish Warren, sleeping four people in two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed with its own shower room, while the second contains two single beds served by a separate bathroom with a bath and shower. Throughout, you get wi-fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included, plus a small balcony furnished for sitting out.
The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining and seating areas, with French doors opening to that balcony. You have a full oven, hob, microwave and washing machine, so cooking for the group is straightforward. A private parking space for one car is on site. The beach is within walking distance; a short drive takes you to Dawlish, where Victorian architecture, a park and a famous coastal railway line draw visitors and photographers. The property does not allow smoking.
