13 Great Cliff is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the first floor with lift access, sleeping four. The open-plan living space includes a television, DVD and CD players, and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, and washer dryer—so you can prepare meals as you wish. Wi-Fi is provided throughout. The apartment sits beside the seafront, a minute's level walk from the town centre. The railway line that separates the property from the beach and sea is Brunel's historic route along the coast. To the east, across a railway bridge, lies a secluded beach. Westward, the views open across the bay towards Exmouth. This is not a smoking property.
