Flat F1

Flat F1 is a self-contained first-floor apartment within walking distance of the Teignbridge coast. The layout is straightforward: a combined living and dining area with French doors opening onto a south-facing balcony, a kitchen with electric oven and hob, two bedrooms (one double, one with bunks), and a shower room. The balcony has outdoor furniture and is the natural heart of the place in good weather. Everything you need for self-catering is provided, including electricity and bed linen.

The flat occupies private grounds with on-site parking for one car. Smoking is not permitted. A pub, shop and restaurant are within a minute's walk; the beach itself is around 100 yards away. The wider area suits families and anyone drawn to coastal scenery—there are paths along the cliffs nearby, and Dawlish Warren's nature reserve, with its dunes, salt marsh and grassland, is close by. The railway station is a short walk if you want to travel further afield.
