Minnewater
Teignbridge
You arrive at Minnewater into a house built for group living. The ground floor opens with a kitchen and dining room at its centre—a space where everyone naturally gathers. The kitchen itself is properly equipped: electric oven, gas hob, microwave and air fryer mean you can cook as simply or ambitiously as you like. Beyond this, the living room has a log burner and smart TV for quieter moments. There's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus two separate toilets so mornings run smoothly.
Upstairs, four bedrooms sleep seven: a kingsize, a double, a three-quarter double, and a bunk room for children. The family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. The enclosed garden and patio are where you'll spend the in-between time—morning coffee, evening winds-down, or simply watching the garden with a book. One dog can stay free. Car parking is on site for four vehicles, and there's an electric charging point if you need it. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard.
Walking country starts at the gate; Bovey Tracey lies in Teignbridge on the edge of Dartmoor, so you're positioned between the moor's open land and the villages round about. The garden contains an unfenced pond, so families with very young children or those unfamiliar with water safety should plan accordingly. No smoking throughout.
