Fabulous campsite . Great location close to such amazing places to explore. Like Haytor Rocks and so much more, on foot or biking. The facilities, washrooms showers were immaculate. Everything you want and need. The pitches were large. The site is in a Bat conservation area so at night you have to keep light pollution to a minimum but that was fine for us. We will defo be back.

Wonderful campsite, immaculately clean showers, loos and washing up area. Quiet surrounded by beautiful countryside, dog friendly. Lovely hosts, & guests, super helpful. Walks straight from the park, take the Ant trail to the Claycutters Arms nearby for a super pub lunch. Woke at 5am, looked out of the window to see deer roaming across the campsite, magical! 10/10

If you are looking for peace, dark nights, beautiful forest walks, the cleanest loos and showers, well stocked tasteful shop and the most caring, kind couple who run it...then Oakmoor is for you. Easy walk to lovely village pub. Regular buses and a very special oasis for a break.
