Springmere Lodge is a two-bedroom apartment on the upper floors of a modern development in Teignbridge, reached by lift from the secure underground car park. The first bedroom has a king-size double bed and en suite shower room; the second has twin beds. A king-size sofa bed in the living room means the property sleeps up to six. There are two bathrooms—one en suite, one family bathroom with a large bath and overhead shower. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included.
The living space is open plan, combining dining and lounge areas with a 65-inch smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook proper meals—there's an integrated fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The standout feature is the balcony, 7.1 metres wide and furnished with comfortable seating, which overlooks the estuary and stretches towards Shaldon. Underfloor heating runs throughout. The property has lift access and is wheelchair accessible.
Back Beach is less than five minutes' walk away. Teignmouth's restaurants, bars, cafes and shops are nearby, as are coastal and countryside walks. Two parking spaces are available in the underground car park, and an EV charging point offers three-hour slots. The development sits beside a railway line, so daytime train noise is possible, though trains do not run at night. No smoking throughout.

I’ve just acquired a lodge at Springfield retreat, an excellent small site, in beautiful countryside, but still close enough to amenities, very quiet and friendly, they make you feel like one of the family. I am on my own but feel very safe and secure.

Beautiful Park, very helpful staff. Since Hoey have owned the Park it has been upgraded to a very high standard. Alex, Sales Manager is very helpful, very knowledgeable and is always on hand to ask questions and give advice. We have bought two caravans/lodges through Alex and both purchases have been very straightforward, trouble free & more than met our expectations. I would highly recommend Alex & his team

I bought a caravan here a year ago, and the entire experience from purchase to settling in has been outstanding. Alex has been incredibly helpful throughout, and all the staff on site are friendly, approachable, and always happy to assist. The site itself has undergone a huge transformation over the past 12 months and now looks absolutely stunning. With Dartmoor right on the doorstep, an on-site swimming pool, and plenty of beautiful walking routes, Springfield is the perfect place to unwind, escape the city, and enjoy nature.
