The Old Telephone Exchange is a converted building in Mamhead Park, a quiet countryside location within reach of woodland walks and the coast. Everything you need for self-catering is here: a properly equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven and microwave; bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included; electric heating; and parking for one car on site. The whole property is yours alone.
The ground floor is open plan, with a kitchen area, a living space featuring a TV and DVD player, and a bedroom with a double bed and patio doors to the garden. Two single sofa beds are also in the living area. A wet room with shower and heated towel rail is on this level. Upstairs, a galleried bedroom contains another double bed. A rear garden with seating and a barbecue is yours to use. The property does not permit smoking.
This setup sleeps four and suits couples, small families, or solo visitors wanting access to both walking routes inland and Dawlish Warren beach, which is about 14 minutes' drive away. Pets are welcome.
