What visitors say
Booked threw the app to see ice cream man at 18.20 but couldn't go due to my partner being ill. Tried to get a refund but couldn't all it kept saying was to call customer support. But it wouldn't let me call and couldn't find a number on the app

Staff make the best impression when visiting any places and the Staff here made the visit easy and pleasant. We used screen 6. Seats very comfortable and the area was clean. Made for a positive visit.

Avoid this uncaring place. They deliberately placed my nine year old with strangers after telling me I would be directly next to him. No safeguarding brains. They are just interested in taking your money and don't care about your experience or vulnerability.

Very difficult to scan to obtain tickets. Poor signage. Comfortable seats. Very loud in IMAX.

This cinema is praised for its excellent 4DX and IMAX experiences, along with comfortable reclining seats and a diverse film selection that includes older movies and concerts. Visitors also appreciate the clean facilities and convenient parking.
Some reviews mention the staff can be unhelpful.
