Tenpin Telford

Its a great venue and always offers great deals. My main point of this review is to say how great staff are. Tyler especially. We attend each Friday and every week we are given the best greetings and interaction from Tyler. Knows our names. Takes time to intreract and goes above and beyond. He is an amazing asset and we wanted to thank him.

This was a superb venue for bowling, with a large counter ran by friendly staff who checked us in for our booking right away! They were kind enough to allow us to wait longer when my friend went outside and plenty of bowls are available for games, blue design across is stylish. The pins lit up purple is a nice ending touch, scoreboards are really good too!

My beautiful wife and I spent our Sunday evening at Tenpin Bowling after enjoying a leisurely walk around Telford town centre. We took advantage of their excellent Eat & Play deal, which included a game of bowling and a burger with chips for just £13.95 each - fantastic value for money. After the disappointing meal I had over the weekend at Toby Carvery in Telford (where I certainly won’t be rushing back), it was a pleasure to tuck into some proper food. I went for the classic beef burger with cheese, tomato sauce and chips, and I have to say it was absolutely delicious. My better half chose the spicy bean burger with tomato sauce and chips. I pinched a bite, but it was a little too spicy for my likingand I’d much rather it had meat in it! She, on the other hand, absolutely loved it. Must be the Thai in her! Afterwards, I proceeded to give her a sound beating at bowling… although I did try to let her win. The evening continued with a game of pool where, once again, I demonstrated who wears the trousers! We rounded things off with a few spins on the arcade machines, where my lovely wife managed to relieve me of a few quid - but all was forgiven as we finished the night with cocktails. I enjoyed a (slightly more expensive than I’d have liked!) pitcher of Solero, while my wife sipped on a Honolulu cocktail. I’ve already asked her to remind me of the names so I can recreate them next time we’re away in the caravan or on our next trip to Benidorm. Despite it being a very busy Sunday evening, the service was excellent throughout. The staff were friendly, the food was great, and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. If you’re looking for a cheap and cheerful evening with your loved one, I’d highly recommend Tenpin’s Eat & Play deal. Five stars from me. We’ll definitely be back.

Here on a Friday evening! Been ignored by 2 young female workers while having the call warning on our screens as there was a problem with the lane we were on! Other than that drinks are really nice and they are quick when ordered online.
