Kiln Park

We have stayed at quite a few Havens and found them to always be pretty good but this one has been the worst I have ever stayed in by far. Night 1, the restaurant stops doing food at 8pm so tried ordering food at the takeaways. People complaining everywhere because they had ordered food to be delivered to their caravans and it wasn't showing up. We ordered a pizza and waited to collect it. Took about 2 hours. We kept asking how long and at 1 point the lady just said oh sorry we forgot to put it in the oven. When we did eventually get the pizza it was inedible. Then went to the entertainment and ordered drinks on the app. Should have learnt as these took about half an hour to arrive. Staff were rude throughout the park. The mini mart no please or thank yous. The bar staff that were clearing tables (one guy in particular with shoulder length dark hair) were unhelpful and rude. No thanks or please and looked absolutely disgusted when we asked him to take a few glasses off of our table. We ordered a jug of beer which he brought over with no glasses for us to drink the beer with. When we asked for glasses it took him about 10 minutes to come back. The bar wasn't even very busy at this point. They keep advertising using the app to order everything but it all takes forever or just never arrives. There were more chavs and unruly kids than ive ever seen in my life. Swearing at my 12 year old on the basketball court and just making it feel completely uncomfortable. The best part of the holiday is the surrounding area and beaches which were beautiful but the site itself was not good at all

Had a great weeks holiday here used our motorhome so didn't use there caravans but the pitche was excellent. Good location well kept and spacious. The toilet block was very clean. The swimming pool was excellent. Bar and restaurant area was spacious with a good variety of food and drinks. The arcade was good got busy of a night but not a problem. Done a few nights in the bar excellent for young kids. The site Also had a shop on site with a good selection of items. The site is in a really good location close to Tenby town centre and the local beaches would definitely visit again.

Me and my best best friend took our dogs camping. We made the best with the torrential rain 😂 but we had loads of fun and made lasting memories. We will give Debbie the domestic she works cleaning the toilets what an absolute star 🌟 lovely to talk too and does a fantastic job. My only reason on the location for 4 stars is that the camping area isn't signposted either so we didn't know where "poppy" field is and we are further away from the toilet and shower block where the tourers are right near there when they got everything in their tourers.

We have been coming to Kiln Park as touring customers for over 40 years now, and occasionally we have hired a static caravan. Unfortunately our stay last week had to be the most disappointing in all that time. We arrived in our camper van and first appearances of the touring area was one of shock. The whole area looked unkept. Although we have paid for a hardstanding pitch the grass all around it was really long. The service point was extremely dirty and the water connections too dirty to use. The caravan owners opposite had complained and a man with a strimmer arrived and tidied their pitch up but left without strimming any other pitches. They had been told that all the pitches were scheduled to be done so we waited and waited for 5 days and still no strimmer arrived!. To cap it all we even had rats visiting every day in the long grass around the service point!! What is going on Kiln Park? I do have to add that the shower/toilet facilities were kept very clean and tidy - the 3 service stars are purely for them. The standard of the actual touring pitches let the whole team down though.
