What visitors say
Although rectified by management on our second day we were not at all happy on arrival we booked a bronze caravan so we didn’t expect much but what we walked into was completely unacceptable. Filthy caravan. Smashed tv. And worst of all no water connected. Need Jung to feed 8 month old twins with no water and reception five minutes drive away caused us in told stress! Our son has cystic fibrosis so the risk of infection is everywhere but we try our best to keep him healthy. In this caravan this wasn’t possible. To make it worse the caravan had a seal on the door saying cleaned and ready. How it was cleaned with no water attached is beyond me. We were moved the following day but not u til lunchtime so we wasted the morning we booked a three bed but were moved to a two bed as it’s all they had. Really helpful staff and a lovely caravan to end up in on kiln park. Avoid penalty and avoid bronze!! Been coming to haven sites for years but this time you let us down. You put us under unnecessary stress and put my son’s health at risk. Number 66 penally needs scrapping. Disgusting caravan!

Me my wife and my friends booked a nice break away however its been rather disappointing. The caravan was dusty and the swimming pool was closed the whole time. We was told that they wasn't prepared for the weather despite it being like summer the last few months which I think is out of order. The launderette had cock roaches which is disgusting and unhygienic. The whole caravan park is lifeless and needs a major revamp. I understand that the park is the sister park of kiln park but it should feel welcoming still despite this. All the owners stare and look at you like you're trespassing. Overall really disappointing and won't be returning to penally court. Kiln Park however was nice apart from the burger King staff who were rude and couldn't be anymore miserable. Gutted and feel like we've wasted our money. 🙁

Very nice caravans, well maintained and in a beautiful location. Despite this I would totally avoid this park if you have children and definitely visit kiln park. On our arrival we were amazed by the caravan however we learned there was no WiFi which made the kids frustrated and made it harder for us as parents. We also had no mobile signal in the area meaning we couldn't use our phones. We also paid a lot of money for pre booked activities at the kiln park resort which is a short drive away but we ended up missing them as we could not access the app to see what we had booked. Overall very disappointed on our first holiday, we ended up leaving two days early. They had smart TVs connected to internet but couldn't provide us with WiFi somehow, just bare in mind this and no mobile reception. Would totally consider kiln park, this seemed to be more for older residents than children.

We camped in motorhome. 2 shower blocks. 1 newish was very good but only 2 showers. The other block was very run down and needs some work. Shower trays didn't empty. Stood in 2 inches of dirty water when showering. Bus stop outside for tenby but found it cheaper for 4 of us to get a taxi
