Clacton-on-Sea's pier, golden sand and seasonal lifeguards are fifty yards away. The Victorian structure spans 6½ acres with rides, a bowling alley, arcades and the SeaQuarium; a shopping village with independent stores and discounts sits nearby, along with pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

Seascape is a three-storey terraced property sleeping six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor holds a double bedroom and shower room; upstairs, a well-equipped kitchen and living room with doors onto a balcony overlook the seafront. Two further bedrooms—one kingsize, one twin—occupy the top floor with a family bathroom. The small enclosed garden and patio provide outdoor space, and there is private parking for two cars on site.

Essentials including wi-fi, heating, bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fitted for self-catering with an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. A travel cot and highchair are available. No smoking indoors.
