Oaklands Farm- Cottage 1

Cottage 1 occupies the ground floor of a converted barn at Oaklands Farm, near East Tytherley. The single open-plan space combines bedroom, living area and kitchen, with a super kingsize bed, dining table for two, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included.

Outside, there's a patio with seating and access to shared tennis courts on the farm's grounds (bring your own rackets). You get private parking for one car. One pet stays free, though the garden isn't fenced. Smoking is not permitted. The farm itself has a private airstrip, available to pilots with prior permission.

Test Valley is walking country, surrounded by quiet lanes and open landscapes. Savernake Forest and Collingbourne Woods are within reach, and Andover—with its Saxon heritage—is nearby. The location suits couples looking for countryside peace rather than village amenities.
