Outside there's a garden area with seating, and you have access to the farm's shared tennis court (bring your own rackets) and private parking for one car. One dog or cat can stay with you at no extra cost. The property is non-smoking. From here, walking and cycling routes fan out across the surrounding lanes—Savernake Forest and Collingbourne Woods are within reach, and Andover with its Saxon heritage lies within visiting distance.
