What visitors say
A fantastic adults-only camping site where nature truly reigns supreme. Unlike other camp sites, here you can set up pitch anywhere you like (beyond the car parking spots, of course), and the spots afforded are fantastic - there's a lake situated here that's ideal for pitching but really, anywhere is fine as the surrounding greenery coupled with the vast open-ness of the site means you'll find a lovely spot somewhere. The owner is absolutely lovely and she makes you feel welcome and as with all camp sites, it pays to be respectful with regards to noise and cleanliness. Camp fires here are the best and especially under the blanket of stars - if you can catch a clear night then you'll be in for an incredible display from the cosmos. Facilities are good and the surrounding landscape is ideal for the peace and quiet you'll find here - there's even a pen here with a herd of curious cows. All in all, an amazing campsite and one I wouldn't hesitate for a second recommending.

Couple/Non electric First of all Kylie was an amazing host, very informative and provided information about larger groups attending the camp and gave suggestions on where to pitch up for a quieter experience. When driving in and out the camp Kylie was there and always welcomed a chat when arriving back on site. The Toilets - I am a massive germ freak so I was worried by the reviews about the toilets. The toilet and shower facilities don’t look like much and are well used but they were clean and soap was refilled regularly. Would highly recommended this camp, basic but has everything you need, great walks and only a 10 minute drive into Romsey Abbey.

Kylie was a superstar host. Friendly and helpful from the minute we rang to say we'd be late checking in to the minute we were late checking out! Yes the toilet and shower area were a little rough round the edges but always clean and the shower was hot and considering the campsite was full for the weekend there was minimal to no queues. Permanent hot water in the wash basins and the washing up area! Kid free, good vibe, great host ❤️

Lovely sheltered site on the north edge of the New Forest. Perfect for exploring on bikes and walking. This area of the New Forest is nice and quiet. Great site on a working beef farm run by a couple who can't do enough for you, including driving round last night to drop off firepits and wood to anyone who wanted them. Idyllic spacious pitches in the woods on the edge of a small lake for tents. Lots of nice spots in the field with EHU for vans. Proper relaxed back-to-nature camping, with loos, hot water for washing up and one shower (cleaned very regularly). Highly recommended
