Orchard Cottage

Orchard Cottage is a single-storey property where everything you need sits on one level. You arrive into a living room with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, then move through to a kitchen/dining space equipped with electric cooking, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer for longer stays. The bedroom holds a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bath and shower; heating is electric and included, as are bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi. A welcome pack arrives with you. The whole place is yours alone—one guest or two.

The garden is the second draw. You get a patio with furniture, flower beds, fruit trees, and a gas barbecue for outdoor meals. There are four steps down into the garden itself. Parking for one car is on site. The cottage does not permit smoking.

Over Wallop is a small village with a shop, post office, and two pubs within walking distance. Stockbridge lies nearby. This suits couples looking for a quiet base in Test Valley countryside, with the essentials provided and nothing to arrange except arrival after 3pm and departure before noon.
